  The flowers are absolutely beautiful, but I have issues twice now with delivery. I previously ordered flowers back in September to be delivered by 3 pm to a fellow worker, amd I had to call to see where they were. They were coming from the Queen st store instead of the mall. We work in the mall, just wanted them to be taken downstairs.
  Wednesday I ordered again for a fellow workers birthday, to be taken down today, Sunday, and they delivered them on Friday. We have rung the store, and for some reason, could not find order in computer. Seriously, I told the lady Sunday. So they said they would deliver another bunch today the right day as they mucked up, but she did not receive flowers again today Sunday 25th October. I order in the shop, not by phone.
  
  I read your reply Flowers a bunch. I do not want flowers tomorrow, the girl who's birthday itnwas will not be there. I will call into Mall shop tomorrow morning, for a refund. Thankyou

  I went here to organise a wreath and a few other bit and pieces for my mothers funeral. I spoke to the owner (I forgot her name) she was very compassionate and friendly, with a smile on her face the whole time. She went above and beyond and I left knowing my flower needs was in good hands. I would highly recommend this florist especially if excellent customer service is what your after.
